先月から店舗スペースを借りて、ちょこちょこと準備を進めています。IKEAのカタログ、カフェの開業準備マニュアル。そして大阪で出会った素敵なコミュニティカフェの本。
…この辺の路線で進めたらきっとお洒落な空間が出来るはず。なんですが、ふと気がつくとミニ四駆のコースをどう置くかとか、塗装ブースは？工作スペースは？せっかくだからパーツも大量に在庫仕入れとくか、という方にばっかり流れています。根がオタクなんですね。かといって、そこまでホビーの知識がある訳でもなく、なんだか中途半端な感じ。
ま、楽しければいっか。
I rented a space for opening a small cafe. And am planning the layout and interior using IKEA catalog, guidebook for opening cafe.
I think I have good books to make it wonderful. However, I tend to think about my hobbies. For example, where should I place the course for mini cars? should I buy parts for the cars and sell them to customer? Do we need worktable?
I’m not sure whether I can open a brand new cool cafe. But, as long as it’s fun, I don’t care!
